We’re expanding our Residential and End of Tenancy cleaning services across the UK. We’re hiring a Digital Sales Consultant to handle remote and online leads. The Role:
You’ll engage clients via phone or online channels, present services, and convert enquiries into bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert online and warm leads into confirmed bookings.
Recommend appropriate cleaning services.
Maintain CRM data and track client interactions.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
What We Offer:
- R8,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE R25,000/month).
- Fully remote role.
- 40 days paid leave.
- Supportive team environment.
- 2+ years’ experience in telesales, direct, or digital sales.
- Professional English communication skills.
- Able to work independently remotely.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Calm under pressure; handles rejection professionally.
- Proven record of phone or digital sales success.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook proficiency.
- CRM experience for tracking leads.
- Skilled in negotiation and client issue resolution.
