Software Development Engineer (Full Stack Developer)
Intermediate Full Stack - Software Developer
Duration: 1 Year assignment (contract)
Client Location: Toronto ( Onsite : 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
This position is provisionally Onsite , requiring 7.25 hours per calendar day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM , Monday to Friday (excluding breaks). Akkodis is seeking an Intermediate Full Stack – Software Developer to support development activities within an Agile delivery team for a public‑sector client. NET/.NET Core, REST API services, SQL, DevOps pipelines, and cloud‑based integration patterns. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with developers, QA analysts, designers, and product stakeholders to deliver scalable, accessible, and modern digital solutions aligned with Public Sector standards and enterprise architecture guidelines.
Participating in the design, implementation, and testing of full‑stack solution components.
NET Framework and .NET Core.
Design, develop, test, and deploy full‑stack solution components based on approved architecture and requirements.
Implement responsive UI components using Angular (12+) and TypeScript.
NET Framework / .NET Core.
Develop SQL queries, procedures, and relational database structures.
5+ years of experience in full‑stack software development.
- NET Framework and/or .NET Core for design, development, and testing.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with Git‑based source control, feature Branching, and DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with programming, analysis, and application maintenance.
Ability to collaborate with IT professionals throughout the SDLC.
