We are hiring a full-time bookkeeper to help keep us growing. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to multi-task, and have great communication and organizational skills. We are looking for a person with integrity, who is dependable, detail-orientated, and a quick learner.
Job Overview:
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Data Entry
- Invoicing
- Bank Reconciliation
- Processing/reconciling incoming credit card transactions
- Inventory Adjustments
- GST & PST filing
- Prepare month-end accounting reports
- General administrative duties
Requirements:
- At least two years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team, and independently when needed
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- The ability to organize, prioritize and coordinate work activities
