Completes online Credit Application forms.
Follow-up with customers by telephone.
Amends account information (address changes, etc.).
Scans documents for digital storage.
Greets customers and guests in a pleasant and out-going manner.

Completion of college or other courses in business administration, plus prior working experience, knowledge of modern computer software and general office procedures, is an asset.
Excellent teamwork and team building skills.
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
