Staffmax is helping our client hire hardworking Construction Labourers for a 3-month contract. This role involves physically demanding work on commercial or residential construction sites and is suited for individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.
Contract Length: 3 Months
Location: Mississauga, ON Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload construction materials
- Assist skilled trades with tools, equipment, and site tasks
- Operate basic hand tools and small machinery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Perform demolition, setup, or cleanup as needed
- Report hazards and equipment issues to supervisors
Requirements:
- Previous construction or general labour experience preferred
- Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work outdoors
- Must have CSA-approved steel-toe boots
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Ability to follow directions and maintain a safe work environment
This is a great role for someone who enjoys outdoor work, teamwork, and learning from skilled tradespeople. Staffmax will support you throughout the project.
