Site Reliability Engineer - Dynatrace & Ansible
Required Skills & Experience (Mandatory)
- 5–8 years of experience in SRE | DevOps | or Platform Engineering roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace for observability and monitoring
- Strong hands-on experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management
- Experience defining and managing alerts | dashboards | and reliability metrics
- Experience using ServiceNow for incident | problem | and change management
- Strong documentation experience using Confluence
- Solid understanding of Linux | Windows systems and enterprise infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting | analytical | and communication skills
Preferred / Good to Have
Experience with cloud platforms ( AWS | Azure | GCP )
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins | GitLab | Azure DevOps)
Experience with scripting languages ( Python | Shell )
Exposure to container platforms ( Docker | Kubernetes )
Experience in BFSI or regulated environments
Prior experience in transition | KT-heavy engagement Skills
