You are if you bring:

A minimum of five years experience leading a high-functioning marketing team withdemonstratedsuccess in building marketing strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.

Exceptional project management and time management skills including the ability to work within condensedtimeframesand ability to effectively prioritize work and exercise excellent judgment.

Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to conduct thorough research present well-considered options and effectively assess and evaluate outcomes.

Revenue-driven achievement approachwhileappreciating and championingthe social purposeensuring business success is aligned with the core values and purpose of the YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to research provide options forconsiderationand evaluate results.

Proven ability to build andmaintaineffective relationships working collaboratively across internal and external functional teams.

What Else Do You Need

This position is located at the Downtown Y with a flex schedule arranged in discussion with the VP Philanthropy Marketing & Government Relations .

Valid Manitoba Class 5F License and access to vehicle

Ability to attend events outside standard working hours that may include evenings weekends and holidays.
