As a proven Sales Manager, you’re ready to step into a challenging role that will put your full sales talent into practice selling automated packaging equipment? You have a true hunter mindset, a strong field presence, and proven leadership to rally stakeholders and influence decision-makers? With your ability to effectively engage small and medium businesses—often making impactful, concise pitches directly to key decision-makers like business owners—you thrive on winning new deals in dynamic markets and pushing yourself to the next level? Thanks to our team's flexible and agile approach, this role can be performed remotely.
At Premier Tech Systems and Automation, we enhance our clients’ manufacturing facility efficiency by integrating innovative and high-value systems leveraging the full potential of robotics. We are among the largest conditioning, handling, and packaging automated equipment suppliers in the world — whether for nutrition, agriculture, organics or industrial products.

- Accelerate the pipeline by driving proactive prospecting, targeting high‑value accounts and rigorously qualifying opportunities
Represent and translate the voice of the customer into clear priorities, influencing stakeholders to demonstrate the offer’s relevance and win strategic deals
Orchestrate collaboration with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to design winning configurations and a differentiated value proposition
Proactively ensure a smooth client onboarding by steering the transition with internal teams and laying the foundation for retention and upsell
Build strategic partnerships in high‑potential regions by representing Premier Tech on the international stage and at key industry events
Experience in selling automated packaging equipment
Driven by a “hunter” mindset with the goal of outperforming sales objectives
Managing client relationships in B2B
Available to travel to various locations in USA
