Accounting Administrator – Vendor Funding Are you forward-thinking and always looking to establish better systems and processes?
As an accounting administrator , you will provide the business with timely and accurate processing of requests for vendor funding contracts, cost changes and cost adjustments in Retek Merchandising System and Vendor Funding Tracking System.
We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative and social purposes.

Process requests for vendor funding contracts (logs) in VFTS, ensure all appropriate supporting documentation and vendor authorization is obtained before triggering accounting entries and collection process
Perform audit to ensure that data entered in the systems matches requests, investigate issues and coordinate resolution with different stakeholders
Provide support in the manual billing and processing of value package logs
2+ years of accounting or admin experience in a medium to large organization
~ Basic to intermediate MS Office
