Sales Administrator / Sales Assistant
Budds’ Jaguar Land Rover – Oakville, ON
Budds’ Jaguar Land Rover, part of the respected Budds' Group of Companies , is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator / Sales Assistant to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Oakville.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with two of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands, Jaguar and Land Rover , in a fast-paced luxury dealership environment. The successful candidate will play a key role supporting our sales team while ensuring an exceptional ownership experience for our clients.
Previous automotive dealership experience is an asset.

Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems (training provided)
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team to set up and support the Land Rover InControl system, including assisting clients with troubleshooting
Maintain the presentation and readiness of showroom vehicles to ensure a premium customer experience
Manage and maintain pre-owned vehicle online listings across multiple advertising platforms
Oversee the organization and upkeep of demo and test-drive vehicles
Coordinate with lot staff and service departments regarding the reconditioning of pre-owned vehicles
Assist with online wholesale and auction portals
Support the stocking of vehicles into inventory and preparation of vehicle inventory files
Utilize dealership management systems (PBS training provided)
Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as required to support the sales department

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
