About the Role: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Employee Services Administrator to join our HR team. You will coordinate and maintain HR initiatives, manage onboarding/offboarding processes, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and support various HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring all systems and training requirements are met.
- Manage offboarding processes and maintain accurate records.
- Partner with managers to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Assist with payroll processes and maintain HRIS data.
- Conduct audits and generate reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support labour relations initiatives and maintain documentation.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of progressive HR experience.
- Post-Secondary Certificate or Diploma in HR or Business Administration (CHRP/CHRL designation is a plus).
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/ATS systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
