BENEFITS
Our Automotive sales pay plan includes bonuses with full health benefits and industry.
The Sales Advisor position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $21.00, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. Depending on job performance, the Sales Advisor compensation ranges from $40,000.00 to $100,000 +.

A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE IS REQUIRED
A STRONG WORK ETHIC
AMVIC Sales License will need to be obtained prior to start date
