As the Operational Project Manager, you will take full ownership of day‑to‑day project execution, guiding projects from kickoff through completion. You’ll manage budgets, coordinate resources, oversee contractors and vendors, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
Leading the end‑to‑end delivery of energy conservation projects
Monitoring progress, adjusting plans, and addressing field challenges in real time
Managing project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting
Coordinating field crews, internal teams, contractors, and third‑party vendors
Conducting post‑project reviews to identify improvements
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience

• 7+ years of provenexperience managing operational, execution‑driven projects
• Experience coordinating field operations, contractors, or vendors
• Clear, confident communication skills and comfort managing multiple stakeholders

Preferred assets include:
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
A PMP or similar certification (an asset, not a requirement)
Adaptable in changing field conditions
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, project-heavy environment
Balanced approach to hands‑on problem solving and structured project controls
