Full Time Technology Sales Supervisor

The Sales Resolution Manager will lead the Sales Resolution team to promote high quality customer satisfaction and department productivity while ensuring operational excellence. EBlock has recently rebranded our Arbitrations team to the Sales Resolution team as we continue to deliver best-in-class customer service and focus on enhancing the sales experience for our partners. Review and validate customer complaints, investigate thoroughly, and provide recommendations for resolution

Provide assistance to the Sales Team in developing and recruiting buyers and sellers

Provide validation and sign-off on vehicle standards for future sales

Keeps up-to-date with information about product and service innovations, changing needs of customers, market conditions, and competitors

Oversee and manage the control of any sale cancellations

Manage a remote team through various methods of communication

Manage staffing levels and coaching/training as necessary

Effectively handle escalated issues within a primarily customer service-based environment

Strong understanding of vehicle mechanical diagnosis and bodyshop repair estimates

Languages: English (required), French (highly preferred)

Experience in Automotive Auction or related industry operations activities

Excellent teamwork and team building skills

Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers

High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite

The base pay range for this full-time position is $84,750.00 - $101,700.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
