Paralegal – 2 Year Temp
We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal at our office located in Richmond BC. This role reports to our in-house General Counsel and works closely with our Legal Administrative Assistant. This role is an excellent opportunity for the right person to expand on previous experience working within a property management, franchising, or legal office environment.
Our ideal candidate will be a highly organized and energetic self-starter who enjoys working on all legal matters.

Assist with franchising, real estate, and other corporate projects.
Prepare and conduct preliminary negotiations of legal documentation, including: confidentiality agreements, lease, franchise. Collaborate with interdepartmental and external partners to ensure successful acquisition and completion of legal documentation.

2-5 years of previous Paralegal experience.

• Experience in Business Law or Lease/Real Property being an asset.
• Completed Paralegal Certificate or Diploma from an accredited educational institution.
• Technically minded with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, and CLM File Management Systems.
• Experience working with legal documentation, corporate maintenance documents, commercial leasing matters, and franchising matters is a definite asset.
