Carved is a modern downtown restaurant located inside Hyatt Place Whitehorse, serving elevated comfort food with northern influences in a warm, welcoming space. As an weekend Server, you help shape the guest experience at one of the most important points in the day – creating a dinner service that feels polished, relaxed, and memorable. The evening service runs smoothly, with minimal wait times and few service errors.
Orders are accurate, timely, and coordinated well with the kitchen, so food arrives at the right temperature and pace.
Cashouts and POS entries are accurate, supporting clean daily reconciliation.
Previous serving or customer-service experience in a hospitality environment.
A morning-ready attitude: you’ll arrive on time, prepared, and able to perform in early shifts.
