Trade Operations Specialist

GTM Operations Specialist Location Hybrid remote in Montréal, QC : Hi there! As a GTM Ops Specialist in our Sales Support and Compliance team, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving all new sales opportunities, along with processing software returns, adjustments, all the while supporting the local North American sales teams with administrative tasks post sales. You'll need to thrive on complex problems and be a quick learner and team player to help keep this machine running.

Work with customers to resolve billing and subscriptions inquiries.

Ensure that sales meet financial and legal requirements.

Contribute to wider company initiatives, and projects outside of daily tasks.

Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management.

Stellar time management and organization skills

Ability to manage multiple mandates under tight deadlines

Comfortable in technical environments

Perfect written and spoken English

Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Social Sciences, or related field

Beginner experience in an administrative function

Experience in a SaaS and/or technology-related field
