Customer Sales Representative - REMOTE!

We’re expanding our cleaning business across the UK and are seeking a persuasive B2C Sales Consultant to convert residential customers into loyal clients. The Role:

You’ll connect with homeowners and tenants, explain service options, and secure bookings that meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle B2C sales calls and warm leads.

Recommend cleaning packages based on customer needs.

Maintain CRM data and follow up with leads.

Work towards and exceed monthly booking goals.

• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets over the phone.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experienced in CRM usage for tracking leads and managing client data.
• Own reliable laptop/desktop with an internet connection of at least 20mbps.
