Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Payroll Administrator ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintenance of employee records for both salaried and hourly team members. This role supports compliance with payroll legislation and company policies, responds to employee inquiries, and assists with reporting and reconciliations, while also contributing to broader HR and administrative functions. By keeping payroll operations running smoothly and supporting employees effectively, this position plays an important role in enabling a positive workplace and helping the team deliver exceptional service across the organization.

Process payroll for hourly, salaried, and commission employees in ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with payroll legislation and company policies.
Maintain and update employee payroll records and documentation, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and audit readiness.
Prepare and distribute payroll-related documents (e.g., Respond to employee payroll inquiries, reconcile payroll reports, and collaborate with HR, Accounting, and managers to resolve discrepancies and support reporting requirements.
2–3 years of payroll administration experience, preferably using ADP Workforce Now or similar systems.

• Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve payroll issues independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), strong time management skills, and working knowledge of payroll legislation; PCP or CPM designation considered an asset.
