Job Posting: Marketing Coordinator – Medical Sector
Job Type: Full-time – Permanent
A global and innovative company in the healthcare solutions industry is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support its Canadian sales team. You will play a key role in planning and coordinating events, congresses, and marketing initiatives, helping to strengthen the brand’s visibility with customers and partners.

Plan and organize logistics for trade shows and congresses (resources, materials, accommodation, travel, etc.)
Coordinate activities with external vendors and service providers (marketing, logistics, printing, etc.)
Manage inventory of promotional, demo, and trial materials

Support sales managers with the ordering of marketing collateral
Coordinate shipments and communications with the international head office
Serve as the main point of contact for staff and clients during events
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (an asset)
2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative support role
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in event planning
Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, data management)
Bilingualism required (French and English)
