Randstad, the global leader in the HR services industry, is looking for a driven Staffing Consultant to join our Administrative Professional Temporary Talent division right here in Mississauga.

we provide agile workforce solutions. In this role, you will be the bridge between Mississauga’s top businesses and the skilled administrative professionals who keep them running.

Identify prospects in need of temporary and/or direct hire workforce services & solutions

Develop strong relationships with hiring managers via phone, text, email, social media, and in-person

Execute the activities that will gain results (lots of outbound cold calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings)

Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions

Expand our reach with a tech and personal touch approach

1-3 years of sales and business development experience

• Ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media, and in-person meetings
• Hybrid work environment, working in the local office at least 3 days/week for the first 6 months (2/days/week after)

The pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including, as applicable, the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws.
