The Senior Manager, Digital Analytics & Experimentation is a hands-on individual contributor role within RBC’s Data Collection organization, reporting to the Director of Data Collection. This role leads digital experimentation and advanced analytics across web and mobile platforms, partnering with product, marketing, design, and technology teams to drive data-informed decision-making. The focus is on designing and evaluating experiments, ensuring high-quality digital measurement (primarily using Google Analytics), and translating insights into actionable recommendations. Lead the design, execution, and analysis of digital experiments (A/B, multivariate, personalization) across RBC’s digital properties.
Translate experimental results into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Own digital analytics measurement using Google Analytics (GA4), ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate with tagging and implementation teams to support analytics instrumentation.
Act as a trusted analytics partner, ensuring adherence to data governance and compliance standards.
7+ years of experience in digital analytics and/or experimentation roles.
- Solid experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
