SUPPORT ANALYST
Horizon Computer Solutions is seeking a Support Analyst to provide technical support to internal staff and Managed Services clients. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, networking, infrastructure, and security-related issues while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve technical support requests by phone, email, remote access, and onsite service.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, networking, and security issues.
Escalate complex technical issues when required.
Maintain accurate ticket documentation and time records.
Deliver high-quality customer service and support.
Stay current with technology trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in a technical support, help desk, service desk, or IT support role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting Windows and macOS operating systems.
Solid knowledge of networking concepts, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Assets:
Microsoft, Fortinet, and/or Apple certifications.
Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
Familiarity with TruMethods MSP methodology.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
