Vous serez responsable de la supervision du personnel et des opérations quotidiennes du service traiteur.
e du service traiteur, vous devrez :
Superviser les employés du département de service traiteur
Assister dans le processus d’évaluation de la performance
Déterminer les exigences de charge de travail selon les commandes de service traiteur
Coordonner les horaires du personnel de service traiteur pour s’assurer que toutes les fonctions sont prises en charge, exécutées et conclues dans les délais requis
Communiquer avec les clients et résoudre leurs plaintes tout en étant orienté sur le service
Instruire le personnel sur les attentes en matière de travail pour les fonctions avec service traiteur
Retourner les aliments, les boissons, l’équipement de service et les ustensiles à l’établissement du service traiteur
Assurer la présentation adéquate, le contrôle des portions et le maintien des températures de service
Maintenir les normes d’hygiène et de propreté de tout l’équipement, des approvisionnements et des ustensiles
Vous devez posséder un certificat valide de manipulation des aliments ou une certification provinciale équivalente, et un certificat de service de boissons responsable pour la province dans laquelle vous postulez
Minimum de 2 années d’expérience dans des fonctions de banquet et de service traiteur avec niveau élevé de production
Compétences et expérience éprouvées en supervision, capacité à motiver, à diriger et à former les associés
Solides compétences en relation humaine et en prestation de service à la clientèle; Habiletés créatives pour appliquer les tendances alimentaires actuelles et faire les présentations au service de la restauration
