Hamilton/Halton (Regional Site Support)

Job Type: Full-time, On-site / Regional (Field-First Advisory)

We are seeking a strategic, "boots on the ground" HR professional to support a premier leader in the industrial and professional services sector. Strategic Advisory: Act as the primary HR consultant for various business units, guiding leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.

• Employee Relations: Manage complex investigations and grievances while coaching management on performance mastery and conflict resolution.
• Talent Management: Oversee succession planning and talent reviews to identify high-potential employees for critical leadership paths.
• Operational Support: Lead disability case management, including return-to-work plans, and managing compensation cycles for strategic hires.
• Utilize ERP systems to maintain data integrity and produce actionable HR analytics for site leadership decision-making.

Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within industrial, construction, or engineering environments.

• Education: Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong emotional intelligence, a "Safety Always" mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced, project-driven timelines.
