Platform Operations Engineer (Remote)

We are seeking a Platform Operations Developer to join our team. You'll help ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our platform while driving efficiency through code-first approaches.
Support and maintain core platform services (networking, identity, monitoring, storage, etc.).

• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools.
• Collaborate with developers, security, and operations teams to enable smooth deployments.
• Contribute to incident response and root cause analysis to continuously improve uptime.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong background in Linux and/or Windows administration.
• Proficiency with automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of networking, firewalls, and security best practices.
• Experience in monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., A mindset of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration.

Familiarity with service meshes, secrets management, or zero-trust networking.
