To be considered for the Freelance Recruiter for AI Annotation and Data Collection Projects role at Your Personal AI in the Human Resources department, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Proven experience in freelance recruitment or a similar role.
Familiarity with platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Upwork.
Excellent communication skills for writing engaging posts and outreach messages.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment pipelines.
Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
Bonus:
~ Experience recruiting for AI, data annotation, or tech-related projects.
Proven experience in freelance recruitment or a similar role.
