Prime Management Group Inc. is proud to partner with Libro Credit Union in the search for a passionate and experienced Financial Planner to be based in Strathroy, ON to support the Lambton Kent Middlesex region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact by helping individuals and families achieve financial confidence and long-term prosperity.
As the Financial Planner you will play a key role in serving Libro Owners, building strong relationships and developing personalised financial plans that reflect each Owner’s goals, values, and risk tolerance. Managing approximately 300 Owner households (typically $85,000 – $450,000 in investable assets), you will work collaboratively across teams and business lines to ensure a seamless, purpose-driven experience.
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with Owner households through proactive financial planning and advice.
Engaging Owners and prospects using referrals, data insights, and community connections.
Partnering with internal specialists—including Investment, Insurance, and Business Advisors—to provide comprehensive solutions.
Maintaining compliance with Libro, Aviso Wealth, and all relevant regulatory bodies (OSC, CIRO, FP Canada).
This position is ideally suited for an experienced wealth professional seeking to advance their practice-management skills within a values-based, community-focused financial institution. To qualify, you will ideally have completed post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field. 3-5 years of industry experience, including at least 2 years in a managed-investments or mutual-fund sales role.
