Store Sales Lead - Full Time

This is a full-time, remote role for a Founding Sales Lead. The Founding Sales Lead will oversee sales operations, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with both individual users and business partners. Duties include identifying sales opportunities, onboarding and training team members, delivering excellent customer service, and managing sales pipelines. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
Experience in Training and team development to guide and empower sales team members to succeed.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working within remote environments with minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
