Warehouse Stocker

Randstad is immediately hiring Certified Dock Stocker Operators to join the founding team of a brand-new distribution center in Balzac, Alberta. We are looking for motivated, reliable, and safety-conscious professionals who possess specific expertise in operating Dock Stockers (Stand-Up Counterbalance forklifts) within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Unlike high-rack storage roles, this position focuses on the dynamic movement of freight on the loading dock. As a vital part of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the swift and safe loading and unloading of trailers, staging pallets for shipment, and ensuring the dock area remains fluid and organized. You will work a consistent, stable Monday to Friday schedule starting at 7:00 AM, allowing you to enjoy your evenings and weekends free. We are offering a competitive wage of $21.00 to $22.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Safely operate a Dock Stocker (Stand-Up Counterbalance) to efficiently load and unload transport trailers.

Stage and organize freight on the dock floor to ensure rapid outbound processing and accurate inbound receiving.

Verify goods using manual pick list, ensuring all product codes and quantities match shipping manifests.

Conduct daily pre-shift equipment checks (PDI) and report any mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately.

Current Dock Stocker / Stand-Up Counterbalance license is mandatory.

Minimum 1-2 years of recent experience operating a Dock Stocker in a warehouse or cross-dock setting.

Must have a personal vehicle to commute to Balzac/Rocky View, AB (Note: This location is not transit-accessible).

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical warehouse duties.
