We are seeking a Recruiter to join our HR team in our Saint John Corporate this role you will be responsible for attracting sourcing and hiring top talent to support our growing business. You will work closely with department managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process that reflects our company values.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles.
Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings screening/interviewing and assisting with onboarding.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking social media and industry events.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Promote Bayview Trucks & Equipment as an employer of choice through branding initiatives.
Post-secondary education in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience with international recruiting and global talent acquisition would be considered an asset.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is an asset.
