Role Descriptions
- Lead DevOps strategy| roadmap| and implementation across applications and platforms.
- Architect and maintain robust CICD pipelines using tools like Jenkins| GitHub Actions| GitLab CI| or Azure DevOps.
- Drive implementation of Infrastructure as Code using CDK| Terraform| CloudFormation| or Ansible.
- Develop and maintain AWS CDK scripts for provisioning cloud infrastructure components| ensuring reusable| scalable| and secure patterns.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure design| automation| and operations on AWS.
- Lead containerization and orchestration using Docker and KubernetesEKS.
- Collaborate with architects| developers| QA| and SRE teams to improve release processes.
- Implement monitoring| logging| and alerting frameworks using tools like CloudWatch| Prometheus| Grafana| ELK| or Splunk.
- Ensure compliance with security standards| secrets management| and DevSecOps practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize system performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior DevOps and CDK engineers and drive continuous improvement across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 812 years of IT experience| with at least 5 years in DevOps engineering.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS services (EC2| Lambda| VPC| S3| EKS| RDS| CloudWatch).
- Deep experience with CICD pipeline design and automation.
- Strong scripting skills in Python| Shell| or Node.js.
- Expertise in Docker| Kubernetes| and microservices deployment patterns.
- Familiarity with GitGitHub| branching strategies| pull request workflows.
- Strong understanding of networking| security groups| IAM| encryption| and cloud best practices.
- Hands-on experience writing| troubleshooting| and deploying AWS CDK scripts for IaC automation.
- Experience in onshoreoffshore delivery and leading multi-functional teams.
- Excellent communication| leadership| and troubleshooting skills.
