Cloud DevOps Engineer/Specialist

HM Note: This onsite contract role is in office every day at the manager's discretion. Candidate resumes must include first and last name, email and telephone contact information. Creation of functional and technical specifications for systems development, analyze requirements and help project team in solution, technical design, implementation, and support.
Work with the project team in completing all relevant and required documentation in alignment with OPS standards.

Design, implement and work with the project team in completing all relevant and required documentation in alignment with OPS standards
Undertake special assignments/sub-projects as assigned
Create system and user interface design and modifications (data & screen) as required
Review all test scenarios to ensure the requirements are met; Support the testing team during system and UAT testing
Monitor and assess the performance of applications in a cloud environment to ensure solutions are available
Outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for Azure cloud products (Data Factory, Databricks, DevOPS, GIT, etc.)
Create, test and implement safeguards to maintain data integrity and protect against unauthorized access
Technical Skills: 50 points
~ In depth Azure technical knowledge, DevOps, Linux, Git
Assess architecture strategies, analyze / implement /support highly technical solutions
Writing skills, Negotiating skills
Project Manager / Team members
~1:1 meetings / team meetings / documentation on SharePoint site, throughout the duration of the project life cycle etc.
Azure Data Factory (ADF) orchestration & integration
- Pipeline development, monitoring, CI/CD integration)
- Databricks administration
- Workspace configuration, cluster policies, access control (UC or legacy)
- Monitoring jobs, clusters, costs, and performance
- CI/CD for ADF, Databricks, and analytics assets
- Git integration (Azure DevOps or GitHub)
- Automated deployment pipelines
