Business Development Representative - Service

We’re looking for a high-energy, goal-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll be the driving force behind new opportunities—connecting with potential customers, building strong relationships, and fueling the pipeline that powers our success!

Compensation: $17.60 per hour

Complete a series of questions with the customer to determine how their purchase was, and any additional feedback they have that could help us improve our service moving forward
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and book appointments
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
Keep records of conversations in our call center database (CRM) in a comprehensible way
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Outbound and/or Inbound call center experience is preferred
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
High school diploma
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
