General Manager of Retail

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager to lead our retail operations team and drive operational excellence. As a General Manager, you will champion our selling model, inspire a customer-first mentality, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving business and financial results, developing talent, and enhancing customer experiences.

Drive Operational and Sales Excellence: Model and nurture our sales culture to add value for our customers. Oversee all aspects of Brand Standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Leadership: Lead by example and with purpose, motivate and empower your team, and inspire exceptional customer service. Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a strategic vision to promote a customer-first mentality within the team. Inspire and work through your entire store team to bring this vision to life.

Financial Management: Achieve business and financial targets by monitoring budgets, analyzing reports, and making informed decisions.

Identify and pursue business development opportunities, partner with customers for B2B solutions, and drive sales conversion.

People Management: Manage scheduling, coach and develop talent, recruit top talent, and nurture employee engagement. Health & Safety: Ensure compliance for all aspects of Health & Safety, Asset Protection (AP), Privacy, and company policies and procedures.

3-5 years of experience in a retail management role. Preferably as a General Manager.

• Proven experience with achieving sales and service targets with a customer-centered approach.
• Experience in coaching, developing talent, and managing teams.
