Mesurer et disposer les pièces en vue de l'assemblage
Lire et interpréter des dessins techniques, des plans, des graphiques et des tableaux
Régler et ajuster les machines/outils de production
Ajuster et assembler les composantes et les pièces détachées de machine pour ajuster les tolérances
Entretenir, réparer et étalonner des instruments de mesure de précision
Documenter et relever tout écart par rapport aux spécifications et aux tolérances
Vérifier les dimensions des outils usinés et des pièces à l'aide d'instruments de mesure de précision (p.ex. micromètre, compas d'épaisseur)
Vérifier, à l'aide d'instruments de mesure de précision, si les dimensions des produits sont exactes et conformes aux spécifications
Régler les machines-outils telles que les tours, les fraiseuses et les meuleuses
Veiller à ce que tous les forets, les embouts, les fraises de précision et les outils de tour soient bien affûtés
