The Bell Media capital primes are an engaging lively group responsible for the success of the Bell Media capital portfolio of projects. This role’s main function is to support these capital primes in successfully delivering capital projects. You will play a key role on the team by supporting the initial set up of projects, assisting in ensuring actuals are properly being tracked, consolidating forecasts, and analysing results.
Prepare and maintain the master Bell Media capital tracking file using Alteryx, SAP, and Excel. This critical file provides capital primes with essential data for tracking and analyzing project actuals, budgets, forecasts, and detailed project information.
Oversee the complete lifecycle of the work breakdown structures (WBS) for capital projects, from initiation through to asset creation and closure.
Fulfill diverse reporting requirements, including CRTC reporting, and ad-hoc Tax requests.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance and optimize existing processes and reports, driving continuous improvement.
Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
Familiarity with Alteryx and PEATS is a strong asset; Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Job Status: Regular - Full Time
