Customer Order Coordinator Location Burlington, ON L7L 5Z9 : Summary: Engage and liaise with various internal departments to create and execute the full life cycle of a customer's purchase order.
Work together with our global customers and sales team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of advanced technical systems.
Create internal sales order within custom billing system
Organize delivery details such as, system customization notes, ship date, mode of transport, and payment terms
Provide customers and sales team with delivery updates such as, order revision requirements and transit rescheduling
College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
Superior organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
