Full Time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office . The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently. Experience in a medical office setting is a plus.
Manage incoming calls- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.- Provide clerical support, including third party billing, scanning, and document preparation.- Assist with customer service inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.- Collaborate with team members to support various administrative functions as needed.
Experience - Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred.- Familiarity with medical office procedures is an advantage but not required.- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, particularly JANE APP and GOOGLE DRIVE.- If you are passionate about providing exceptional support and thrive in an High-Energy Front Office Associate within a fast-paced clinic, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity!
