Bilingual Service and Support Representative

Bilingual Client Services Representative (French/English) – Investment Services (Toronto OR Montreal)
We are seeking a Bilingual Client Services Representative to join a dynamic Investment Funds team supporting multiple lines of business, including mutual funds, ETFs, asset management, broker/dealer services, and transfers.
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for third-party financial advisors, providing support on account inquiries, trades, and investment-related questions. This is a fast-paced, client-focused position with a strong emphasis on phone-based support.
Provide support to third-party financial advisors via phone and email
Open and manage service tickets using an internal ticketing system
Account setup and maintenance
Tax-related questions (e.g., RRSPs and other registered accounts)
Performance Metrics
~ Meet team service level agreements (SLAs):
~Achieve or exceed 80% call quality standards

Bilingual in French and English (required)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Primarily remote , with 1 in-office day per month
Office locations available in Toronto or Montreal
Rotating 8-hour shifts between 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation & Contract
~$6-month contract to start, with strong potential for extension or permanent conversion
