Deliver safe, patient-centred nursing care in accordance with BCCNM standards
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records
Provide patient and family education and discharge planning as needed
Adapt effectively to varied clinical settings across Interior and Northern BC communities
Completion of an accredited RN (BScN or equivalent) nursing program

Current registration with BCCNM | ACLS/PALS an asset

Minimum 2 years recent clinical nursing experience in Canada

Technical Skills
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR/EMR) | Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
