Roles in our company sometimes shift based on what is needed and what each persons skill set is. Performing and overseeing certain accounting functions (how we measure performance);
Performing and overseeing certain business administrative functions (how we keep things working well in the company);
Helping manage existing real estate assets (how we operate);
Is a good person with a great personality (we want someone that our team members, customers, suppliers all enjoy working with);
Is flexible and has the capacity to adjust to short-term change, quickly and calmly in order to deal with unexpected problems or tasks effectively (or unexpected twists and turns in a day);
