We are a busy, family-oriented dental clinic located in a vibrant area of Victoria, serving a loyal and growing patient base. Our team takes pride in providing outstanding customer service and compassionate dental care in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager who can lead with confidence, organization, and positivity.
As our Dental Office Manager , you’ll be the driving force behind our clinic’s success. 78,000.00 - 90,000.00 Annual Salary, with bonuses available based on tenure and performance!
Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work weekends or accommodate your availability.
Lead, coach, and inspire a talented administrative and clinical team
Maintain a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction
Manage administrative processes, including billing, reporting, and team coordination
Collaborate closely with the dental team to meet practice goals and uphold our values
Dental administrative experience (required)
Proven leadership and team-building skills
Work in a modern, busy but loving clinic with a strong community presence
