Le représentant des ventes internes (RVI) est responsable de la vente d'équipements de soudage, d'outils et de fournitures aux clients. Il joue un rôle clé dans le service à la clientèle, en fournissant des conseils d'expert et en collaborant avec ses collègues pour répondre aux besoins des clients. Le RVI est également chargé de traiter les commandes, de gérer les stocks, de faire des soumissions, et de se tenir au courant des activités de la concurrence. Il contribue activement au bon fonctionnement du magasin et à la satisfaction de la clientèle.
Ventes et Service à la Clientèle:
Fournir une assistance de premier ordre aux clients dans le choix des équipements de soudage, des biens durables, des outils électriques, des fournitures de sécurité et des gaz industriels.
Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle en personne, par téléphone et par courriel.
Saisir les données de vente, les soumissions et autres informations pertinentes dans le système de contrôle des stocks.
Réapprovisionner la marchandise du magasin.
Maintenir les prix actuels sur tous les présentoirs et produits du magasin.
Préparer et proposer des présentations et des propositions de vente efficaces aux clients potentiels.
Identifier, surveiller et documenter les activités du marché concurrentiel en rassemblant des informations actuelles sur le marché concernant les prix, les produits, les nouveaux produits, les calendriers de livraison et les techniques de marchandisage.
Conformité et procédures:
Respecter et assurer le respect du code de conduite/manuel, des politiques et procédures et de toutes les règles, réglementations et normes applicables promulguées par les agences fédérales, étatiques et autres organismes ou organismes de réglementation applicables.
Expérience lié a notre industrie ou en produits de soudage est un atout;
Expérience a conduire des chariots élévateurs
