Director of Clinical Services
The Director of Clinical Services is an essential member of the PROS program and agency management team!
In this job offer, you will have the opportunity to be truly creative and innovative. You’ll be responsible for the operation and clinical oversight of OMH licensed psychiatric rehabilitation program and provision of clinical supervision to PROS professional staff.
The Director is a member of internal and external committees and provides consultation across departments, functioning as an expert to support other departments. The PROS program provides individuals with mental health conditions a full range of comprehensive, recovery-oriented services, with the purpose of assisting them in overcoming barriers caused by their mental health condition, developmental discapability or substance use disorder.
The Director of Clinical Services provides complete oversight of the PROS program including collaboration with central intake department, initial and continuing assessments, and everyday operations. You will function as a leader and provide clinical skills and innovation for areas of need for enhanced service provision in the PROS program and all over the agency. The Director will provide an array of group psychosocial rehabilitation services designed to support individuals in restoring interpersonal, self-management and basic living skills; manage symptoms related to behavioral health conditions; monitor/address physical health conditions; Full-Time

Job Qualifications for Director of Clinical Services:
Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field. Three years’ practice in direct service to individuals with severe and persistent mental health and/or substance use disorder.
Must have a favorable result from all state, federal, and agency mandated background check
