Position Title: Fundraising Systems Offer Status: Appendix-D Contract (9-months) Hours: 35 hours per week Faculty/Department: Advancement and Alumni Campus/Location: F Salary Range: $31.05 - $35.99 Starting Salary: $31.05 Progression through the payband is in accordance with the increments in the payband as outline in the Full-Time Support Staff Collective Agreement based on actual service in the payband.
About the Fundraising Systems Officer Role
Under the direction of the Director of Advancement Services, the Fundraising Systems Officer is responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of new fundraising technologies and solutions to enhance Advancement and Alumni fundraising and engagement efforts. The incumbent ensures the effective operation of these systems by providing technical support, building customized web and fundraising pages, coordinating data integrity and administration, and delivering accurate reporting. By collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders, the position plays a key role in driving successful fundraising campaigns, improving user experience, and ensuring data accuracy and system functionality to meet organizational goals. In addition, this position will also support the coordination and administration of data within the Raiser's Edge/RENXT CRM.
Systems support: with the implementation, maintenance and application of various technologies and solutions to support Advancement and Alumni's fundraising and engagement efforts. These systems include RENXT, AKA Raisin, JustGiving, and Blackbaud Award Management
Support the implementation of new fundraising platforms.
Provide technical support to users and liaise with vendors for administrative tasks.
Build customized fundraising pages, event registration pages, and web pages tailored to specific campaign or engagement needs, ensuring user-friendly design and technical functionality.
Collaborate with the project manager and database manager to coordinate activities, resources, and data for migration and transition projects.
Ensure the data flowing to and from these systems is mapped to the correct fields; Data Coordination and Administration:
Perform data entry tasks related to pledges and commitments of gifts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational standards.
Collect, process, and manage a variety of quantitative and qualitative data. Sort, update, and merge data files from a variety of sources.
Evaluate data quality and perform data-cleaning operations, as required.
Perform data entry tasks specific to pledges/ commitments of gifts.
Run a variety of customized data reports on a monthly basis, meeting strict timelines, for different stakeholders.
Research, compile and distribute a weekly news digest on donor gifts, prospect initiatives, alumni impact and pertinent Humber stories.

Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in the charitable sector, fundraising or databases (Raiser's Edge preferred)
HTML and CSS experience
