Reporting to the Service Manager the Service Advisor is a confident energetic CUSTOMER FOCUSED member of the Service department.
Greet and WELCOME customers. Open Repair orders with accurate and thorough information including the details of the vehicle concerns to assist with proper diagnosis.
Verify open warranty recalls or campaigns available for the customer.
Confirm Warranty eligibility and process the warranty claims.
Work with Service Foreman and technicians to maintain clear communication with the customer and ensure that their concerns are addressed quickly.
Maintain this communication with the customers throughout the repair process including the customers approval of the repair an estimate of the cost and an expected time of completion.
Ensure all charges are calculated and posted with accuracy to ensure timely close of Repair Orders
Identify possible upcoming Preventative Maintenance services with customers and schedule for them.
Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
May include other administrative duties as assigned by the Service Manager or Foreman.
Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Windows-based programs and MS Excel & Word.
Minimum of 3 years Automotive / Truck dealership experience.
Excellent Customer Service Skills with the ability to prioritize and focus in a fast-paced environment
