Lift Truck Operator Night Shift

At Dart Canada, we manufacture and distribute innovative foodservice packaging used across North America and beyond. Our Mississauga Distribution Center is growing, and we’re looking for experienced, safety-focused Lift Truck Operators to join our unionized warehouse team.

- Location: 6185 Mavis Road, Mississauga, ON, L5R 4J1
- Pay Rate : $25.28/hour (Non‑Negotiable)
- Schedule : 8-hour shifts with availability required for all shifts (days, afternoons, nights)
- This is a unionized position, and union membership is mandatory upon successful completion of the probationary period.
What You'll Do...
As a Lift Truck Operator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our warehouse operations running safely and efficiently:
Safely operate lift trucks (including Counterbalance forklifts) and attachments
Load, unload, move, and store product within the warehouse and distribution centre
Pick cases and full pallets accurately and efficiently
Verify counts, complete paperwork, and maintain inventory accuracy
Follow all safety, GMP, and quality standards
Communicate operational or safety concerns to your supervisor
Support a fast-paced warehouse handling a high volume of SKUs
What You'll Need...
To be considered, you must meet the following:
- Valid, up-to-date Lift Truck Operator certification
- Hands-on experience operating Counterbalance forklifts
- 2–3 years of experience as a Lift Truck Operator (preferred)
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical work (lifting, standing, walking, bending) and work in varying temperatures
- Reliability, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills
