Shift Supervisor
Shift: 12 hour rotating continental shifts

• The main function of the Production Operator in to provide coverage for all positions within the shift team, excluding Material tester and Console operator, and also assist other shift members as required.

Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
Perform all duties and responsibilities of shift positions ( Mill Attendant, Kiln Helper, Crane, Tower Operator and Fuel Attendant) as required
Assist shift members as required
Operate pellitizer and slag dryer as required
Load CKD dust truck as required
Convey operational information during shift change
May be required to move raw material when they are not required under normal classifications
Housekeeping duties as assigned
High school graduation or equivalent is required
Preferred Skill Trade (mechanical/electrical), desired engineering
Willingness to learn, training will be provided
Knowledge of all production processes
Basic computer knowledge
Personal Protective equipment as prescribed
Comply with CRH safety rules, policies and procedures
Port security awareness
Environment & Quality:
Report environmental and safety concerns (dust, emissions, spills)

Artificial intelligence is not utilized in screening assessing or selecting applications
