Executive Assistant
Vancouver, BC | Full-time | In-office
Temporary position with the chance to become Permanent.
We are seeking a proactive and personable Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations in their Vancouver office. This is a high-impact role with the potential to become permanent for the right individual.
Provide executive and administrative support to senior partners, including calendar management and light travel coordination

• Manage the flow of people, meetings, and daily office logistics
• Oversee boardroom scheduling, office supplies, and general premises coordination
• Coordinate team events, client events, and internal celebrations (birthdays, holidays, and special occasions)
• Support recruiting coordination and ad hoc administrative projects
• Assist with assembling regulatory and client-related information as required
• Proven experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or senior administrative support role
• High level of discretion and comfort supporting senior leadership
• Experience in professional services, finance, hospitality, or a similar environment is an asset

Full-time, in-office position with the possibility of becoming permanent

• Competitive hourly rate of $65K to $75K, depending on experience
